Library Holiday Hours

The Waterford Library will be adjusting it’s hours for the upcoming Christmas holiday. We will be closed on Dec. 24 & 25th for Christmas. We will close at 5pm on Dec. 31st and be closed on Jan. 1, 2008. Other than those days regular hours will be observed, weather permitting.

Raffle Winners Revealed

Congratulations to our Christmas raffle winners, Carla McGill & Owen Bills. Carla won our Book Basket raffle and Owen had the closest guess on the Candy Jar Contest! Thanks to everyone who took part in our raffles, we had over 250 entries between the two contests! Look for our next great raffle, sometime in early 2008!

Friends of the Library Meeting Cancelled

The Friends of the Library meeting scheduled for tonite at 7pm here at the library has been cancelled due to poor weather conditions. The next meeting will be Thurs. January 17, 2008.

Library Closing Early

Due to the forecast for significant snowfall today, the library will be closing at 4pm today, instead of the usual 8pm. We expect to reopen tomorrow for regular business hours.

NYLA Seeking Library Advocates
