Join us this evening for a screening of the 1953 Oscar winner, “From Here to Eternity”. Showtime is 6pm. The Friends of the Library will offer refreshments and a 50/50 raffle. We can’t promise the glitz of last night’s ceremonies, but you won’t have to get dolled up to come to this event either!

Come to the library tomorrow and show off your GH skills beginning at 1pm.  This is a teen approved event open to kids 12 years old and up! If you have extra guitars, bring with and add to the mayhem.

The monthly meeting of the Friends of the Library will take place Saturday Feb. 21st at 10:30am. The March meeting will take place the 3rd Saturday instead of the regular Thursday night. The Friends will resume meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month beginning in April. All are welcome to attend.

Join us on Monday Feb. 23rd, the night after the Oscar telecast to watch the 1953 Oscar winning film, “From Here to Eternity“. This will be the second in our occasional Classic Movies series, co-sponsored with the Friends of the Library.  Showtime is 6pm and admission is free.

We are trying hard to meet the pent-up demand for state tax forms from our customers, with mixed success. Several forms have “sold out” more than once and are currently be re-ordered. We do have reproduceable forms that can be photo-copied. You will have to pay for the copies. You can also download the forms from the New York State Department of Taxation.
